Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit as per project requirements.
Prepare electrical layouts including lighting, power, cable trays, earthing, fire alarm, and low voltage systems.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for effective coordination.
Ensure compliance with international standards (US, UK, Middle East projects if applicable).
Generate BOQs, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
Participate in coordination meetings with clients and internal teams.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and modeling best practices.
Support project lead/manager in timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling/Coordination.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
Knowledge of electrical systems – Lighting, Power, ELV, Fire Alarm, etc.
Understanding of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
Experience In US/UK/Middle East Projects Preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling end-to-end project coordination.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, and ACC (added advantage).
Ability to mentor junior modellers (for the Coordinator role).
Understanding of NEC, IEC, or local electrical standards.
