Qualification: B.Tech / BE – Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) with 2 years of experience to support BIM implementation and coordination for building services projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, ensuring clash-free designs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models for Mechanical disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.)

• Develop, manage, and review BIM models using industry-standard software

• Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues in collaboration with architects, structural, and MEP teams

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications

• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models

• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support

• Manage model updates and ensure version control throughout the project lifecycle

• Support project documentation and as-built model development

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks (MEP focus preferred)

• Good understanding of Mechanical systems and MEP coordination

• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and project coordination processes

• Ability to identify and resolve clashes efficiently

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
