Intelligent Consulting Engineers (ICE) is an independent BIM and Engineering consultancy delivering engineering solutions for international projects.

ICE is looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in Revit, electrical systems, and BIM coordination. Experience in Data Center projects is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing coordination activities, resolving clashes, and ensuring quality project delivery.

• Lead electrical BIM modeling and coordination activities using Revit.
• Coordinate electrical systems with Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Review electrical layouts, cable trays, conduits, lighting, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure model accuracy, drawing quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings.
• Take ownership of technical issues and support the team in resolving coordination challenges.
  

• 5+ years of experience in Electrical BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Data Center project experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure timely project delivery.
