Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a BIM coordinator specializing in architecture and interior design. The BIM coordinator will manage BIM implementation across projects, facilitate smooth coordination among teams, and ensure integrity, accuracy, and quality of BIM deliverables. Responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and maintaining BIM models, coordinating with architecture and MEP teams, troubleshooting design clashes, and assisting with project deadlines. The role also requires ensuring efficient collaboration among project stakeholders to optimize design processes and ensure adherence to project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models for Architectural and Interior Design projects
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants
• Ensure model accuracy, standards, and compliance
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
• Develop and manage BIM standards, families, and templates
• Support design visualization and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (Architecture / Interior Design)
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD standards
• Excellent attention to detail and spatial coordination
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
