Job Description :-

We are looking for a BIM Consultant – Architectural/Structural with 3+ years of experience to manage BIM coordination, model quality, documentation, and project deliverables. The candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure efficient BIM workflows and high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage BIM submissions, QA/QC, and model quality.
• Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans, strategies, standards, and protocols.
• Conduct weekly Revit model reviews and quality checks.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Support construction documentation, as-built drawings, and project deliverables.
• Plan and monitor look-ahead schedules and ensure timely submissions.
• Advise teams on BIM best practices and coordination processes.
• Support BIM training and documentation for basic and advanced coordination.
• Act as the BIM point of contact for assigned projects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project standards and timelines.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills :-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the BIM industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
