We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in BIM workflows, architectural modeling, and project coordination while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare BIM models from CAD drawings, sketches, PDFs, and design documents.
- Produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve model clashes through BIM coordination.
- Maintain project standards, naming conventions, templates, and BIM execution guidelines.
- Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in internal quality checks and model reviews.
- Support project delivery while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and architectural detailing.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience in creating LOD-based BIM models.
- Understanding of BIM standards and documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Exposure to international BIM standards and workflows will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BIM coordination and model review.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and model coordination processes.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
