Key Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and review BIM models in Autodesk Revit as per USA project standards. • Prepare and oversee architectural drawings, layouts, and documentation, ensuring compliance with US building codes. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project requirements. • Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks, identifying and resolving design conflicts. • Optimize BIM workflows, model efficiency, and data accuracy for improved project outcomes. • Work on family creation, parametric modeling, and template standardization to enhance project efficiency. • Communicate with international clients, project managers, and stakeholders to align on deliverables and expectations. • Stay updated with the latest USA BIM standards, industry trends, and technological advancements. Skills & Competencies • Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit for advanced architectural BIM modeling. • In-depth understanding of US architectural codes, standards, and construction practices. • Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model reviews. • Experience with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and quality control. • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for global project coordination. • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality project execution. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
