About the Role

We are looking for a proficient BIM Architecture with min 3 to 5-years professional experience from similar industry to join our team in Gurgaon majorly with Finland projects.

Responsibilities

• Revit Modelling: Create, manage, and maintain highly detailed architectural Revit models across all design stages
• BIM Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure model integration, accuracy, and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan
• Template & Family Development: Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries that meet company and project standards.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and data exchange

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a BIM Architect international experience, with health care, data centers, housing, terminals etc.
• Previous experience working in Swedish or Nordic.

Required Skills

• Master Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign , Adobe Photoshop
• Speaks and writes fluently in English
