BIM Architect

Position: BIM Architect

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture

Location: Bangalore

Brief:

We are looking to strengthen our BIM studio with individuals who are passionate about working on global architectural projects. The role offers exposure to a wide spectrum of projects—including residential, commercial, and institutional—across international markets such as the USA, Australia, and the Middle East.

You will be involved in developing detailed BIM models and drawings, supporting design development, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and geographies. While the role focuses on international project delivery, it requires the ability to think like an architect, not just execute drafting tasks.

Requirement:

• Experience in the design and documentation of residential and commercial projects.
• Strong ability to prepare and modify working drawings, including plans and elevations.
• Capability to interpret design intent and construction drawings effectively.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must; knowledge of SketchUp or other BIM/3D tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate within teams and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Prior experience on international architectural projects is required.
