SH: C/o Main Building (S plus G plus 3), Sub Station Building, UG Sump with Pump Room, Development works (Civil plus Electrical) including internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Drainage, all E and M services such as internal electrical installations, Fire alarm system, Fire fighting system, Lifts, LAN, DG Set, Signage, rooftop solar, CC TV, Street Lighting, UPS, HVAC, Horticulture Works etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural designs, developing Building Information Models (BIM), preparing construction drawings, and reviewing submittals. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in preparing Construction Drawings and managing Submittals
• Strong understanding of design coordination and collaboration with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in CPWD infrastructure projects is an added advantage
