BIM Architect

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM), preparing architectural and construction drawings, developing detailed submittals, and ensuring project designs meet the required specifications. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design and execution outputs for diverse projects.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction standards
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools)
• Previous experience in fast-track or large-scale projects is a plus
