Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect in Gurugram. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and drawings, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, collaborating with project stakeholders, and managing submittals to ensure design efficiency. The role involves working closely with project teams to deliver designs aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, including design conceptualization and planning
- Expertise in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
- Experience in preparing and managing Submittals
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must
- Familiarity with the aviation industry design standards is a plus
- Ability to work in a team-focused, on-site environment
