Job Title: Architect – Digital Practice

Location: Pune

Experience: 3+ Years

Department: Digital Practice Unit

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Architect – Digital Practice to support and strengthen our BIM capability within the organization. The role focuses on delivering BIM trainings, developing Revit content libraries, and providing technical support to project teams for BIM-related challenges.

This position is ideal for architects who are passionate about digital transformation, automation, and enabling design teams through structured BIM implementation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. BIM Training & Capability Development

  • Conduct structured BIM trainings (basic to intermediate level) for internal teams.
  • Prepare training materials, exercises, and digital learning content.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and ensure competency development.
  • Act as a BIM mentor for junior team members.

2. Revit Content Development

  • Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and content libraries as per company standards.
  • Standardize BIM workflows, templates, and modeling practices.
  • Support the creation of parametric families and reusable content.
  • Maintain version control and documentation of digital assets.

3. Project Support & BIM Implementation

  • Provide hands-on technical support to design teams for Revit and Navisworks.
  • Assist in model coordination and clash detection workflows.
  • Troubleshoot modeling, documentation, and BIM-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM standards and project execution protocols.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Support automation initiatives within the Digital Practice unit.
  • Explore and suggest process improvements using tools like Dynamo or Rhino/Grasshopper.
  • Stay updated with latest BIM trends, tools, and best practices.

Essential Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit (Architecture)
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks
  • Understanding of BIM standards and workflows
  • Ability to create and modify Revit families and templates
  • Basic understanding of model coordination process

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Dynamo
  • Experience with Rhino / Grasshopper
  • Exposure to BIM automation workflows
  • Basic scripting or parametric design knowledge
