Job Title: BIM Architect
Location: Pune/AHmedabad/Kochi
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead (Sr. BIM Architect) with 1+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a team of BIM professionals while also contributing individually to project deliverables, ensuring compliance with international standards (US/UK), maintaining quality, and meeting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural BIM modeling and project deliverables (LOD 100–400).
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless model integration.
- Ensure compliance with US/UK BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform clash detection, model coordination, and resolve design conflicts.
- Oversee drawing production, documentation, and quality control from Revit models.
- Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and team efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in BIM Architecture with team handling experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, SketchUp, or other BIM tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with US/UK architectural standards, codes, and workflows
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage both team responsibilities and individual project deliverables effectively
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
