Job Title: Techno-Functional Analyst – Planning, Integration & Analytics

Role Summary
Seeking a tech-savvy professional with expertise in enterprise platform integration, scheduling analytics, and Power BI to drive digital transformation in project planning across large-scale Indian real estate and construction projects. The role demands hands-on capability with REST APIs, P6 data extraction, and SAP integration — with working knowledge of BIM principles and construction planning to contextualise technology solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain API integrations between P6 (Primavera), SAP S/4HANA, and ACC platforms — automating schedule data exchange, WBS synchronisation, and progress reporting pipelines.
- Build structured process maps to document planning workflows, integration touchpoints, and data flow dependencies across the programme ecosystem.
- Develop and manage REST API connections between planning platforms and ERP/BI systems; document data contracts, field mappings, error-handling logic, and API health monitoring procedures.
- Configure access control, role-based permissions, and user provisioning across connected platforms; maintain admin and configuration documentation.
- Own end-to-end Power BI development for planning analytics — from P6/SAP data source connections and data model design (DAX, star schema) through to published, role-secured dashboards for schedule and progress KPIs.
- Monitor platform adoption telemetry, API integration logs, and data refresh health; produce weekly technical status reports for programme leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and BI (data modelling, DAX, Row-Level Security).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 data structures, API endpoints, and XER/XML exports for integration purposes; familiarity with BIM workflows and 4D scheduling concepts is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
- Proven integration experience with SAP S/4HANA — including API-based data exchange, WBS mapping, and iPaaS middleware.
- Deep Power BI expertise: data pipeline design, DAX measures, report performance optimisation, workspace administration, and deployment pipeline management.
- Tech-first, problem-solving mindset; comfortable operating across APIs, platforms, and data tools with a strong bias for automation, scalability, and structured documentation.
