The Billing & Store Operations Executive will oversee daily retail operations and customer interactions at MRJewels Bengaluru store. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring close collaboration with store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, accurate billing, and efficient inventory management. Key responsibilities include sales processing, handling customer queries, maintaining store displays, and coordinating with the broader team to enhance overall operations.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure an exceptional client experience and address inquiries effectively
• Experience in Retail and Sales for managing transactions and assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions
• Knowledge of basic Commerce principles to handle billing and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store displays
• Proficiency in relevant retail software tools and experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
