Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing client billing processes, preparing and issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and addressing any billing discrepancies or inquiries. The individual will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to maintain effective communication and support the efficient operation of financial activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Billing Process and Invoicing workflows
- Strong skills in Client Billing and Accounting practices
- Proficiency in Communication for effectively handling client inquiries and internal collaboration
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in relevant billing and accounting software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred
- Previous experience in a billing or accounting role is highly desirable
