Billing Specialist - Exp in Workday ERP System

Hiring for Billing Senior Specialist (AP/AR) - Workday Preferred

Experience - 1+ year

Location - Bangalore (Hybird)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in core accounting processes

Manage day-to-day operations and workload distribution

Guide, mentor, and train junior team members

Investigate and resolve complex accounting issues

Drive process improvements and best practices

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery

Contribute to the firm's overall accounting strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred

Minimum 3+ years of experience (Shared Services/AR/AP preferred)

Workday experience is mandatory

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities

Excellent communication skills verbal & written

Ability to work independently and manage sensitive situations

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Experience in professional services environment is a plus
