About The Role

The Senior Billing Associate–Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving client billing inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of billing systems and financial workflows.

This is a hands-on senior associate role for someone who enjoys the complete billing cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution — especially within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What You'll Do

Billing Operations

  • Own the end-to-end billing process for US-based professional services engagements.
  • Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client billing queries and dispute resolution
  • Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and re-billings.

Financial Review & Insights

  • Track realization, gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.
  • Partner with engagement teams for WIP and AR management.

Systems & Process Excellence

  • Own Dynamics 365 F&O billing workflows and controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Billing lead and manager

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of billing experience in professional services.
  • Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O billing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global delivery center, captive, or shared services environment.
  • Prior experience supporting US CPA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4 / large professional services organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with a control-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
  • Comfortable working independently with accountability.
