• Key Responsibilities
• Handle project billing and invoicing within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with clients for invoice certification and completion of the billing process.
• Coordinate with site teams for billing-related activities.
• Prepare and verify measurement sheets.
• Prepare installation billing plans and track billing progress.
• Update PMS for erection-related activities.
• Review pending erection work against physical stock.
• Identify unused materials and communicate key findings to concerned departments.
• Follow up with clients, consultants, and site teams for invoice certification.
• Prepare and coordinate certification of balance 20% billing sheets.
• Prepare and circulate cost comparison reports and project commercial status.
• Participate in recovery and back-office coordination meetings.
• Share daily billing and commercial status updates.
• Prepare project-wise budgets and track planned vs. actual costs.
• Carry out material quantification from drawings and verify quantities.
• Handle project final reconciliation and commercial closure.

• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of MEP project billing and commercial processes.
• Good understanding of measurement sheets, material reconciliation, and project costing.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, site teams, and internal departments.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Salary Range: 30,000–40,000 Gross per monthJoin Orbittal and contribute to efficient commercial management and successful delivery of MEP projects.
