Requirements
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
- Sound understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site billings simultaneously.
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing & Documentation:
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per approved drawings, BOQ, and contract terms.
- Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings and measurements.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets and quantity abstracts for all project activities.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of Running Account (RA) Bills and final bills.
2. Quantity Estimation & Cost Control:
- Assist in quantity take-off, rate analysis, and cost estimation for variations and extra items.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material reconciliation and cost tracking.
- Maintain records of work progress and material consumption for billing purposes.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
- Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and clients for joint measurements and approvals.
- Ensure billing documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with contractual obligations.
- Prepare MIS reports on billing progress, cash flow, and cost variance.
4. Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all billing-related correspondence and approvals.
