Responsibilities :

- Manage and execute enrollment and billing processes for healthcare products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency in enrollment and billing activities.

- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in enrollment data, providing timely solutions to maintain data integrity. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of enrollment and billing operations.

- Provide support and guidance to clients and stakeholders regarding enrollment and billing inquiries and issues.

- Utilize technical expertise in healthcare products to optimize enrollment and billing processes.

- Ensure compliance with commercial insurance regulations and standards in all enrollment activities.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment and billing, identifying areas for improvement.
