We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing end-to-end billing, invoicing, and related documentation for jewellery operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Gati Software for billing and invoice generation, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, validating transaction details, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and error-free billing operations.

• Making Quotation and also making Invoicing and Packing list.
• Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing activities for jewellery-related transactions and files.
• Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices using Gati Software.
• Ensure all billing details are correctly validated against orders, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
• Enter and update billing-related information in the relevant finance and accounting systems.
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist in tracking payment statuses and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic billing reports, MIS, and other reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and verification to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support internal audits and provide required billing-related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial and business information.

• Proven experience in Billing, Invoicing, Accounts, or Finance Operations.
• Expert-level practical knowledge of Gati Software, particularly for billing and invoice generation, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, invoice cycles, documentation, and reconciliations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Strong analytical and finance-related skills with the ability to verify transaction accuracy.
• Experience with jewellery billing, jewellery manufacturing, or the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and finance systems will be an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

We are specifically looking for a candidate who is confident and experienced in using Gati Software for day-to-day billing and invoicing and has the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy. Strong Advanced Excel skills are essential for managing data, preparing reports, reconciliations, and analysing billing information.
