We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in GST filing to join our team at a construction company in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will manage billing processes, ensure compliance with GST regulations, and contribute to the financial integrity of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee billing processes for construction projects.
• Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Maintain records of all billing transactions and GST filings.
• Collaborate with project managers to verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in audits related to billing and tax compliance.
• Provide support in financial reporting and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in billing and GST filing, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
