Billing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our team. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, maintaining organized documentation, and supporting data analysis for billing and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing Management: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing cycles.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, prepare reports, and provide insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Email Review: Monitor and respond to billing-related emails efficiently, addressing client inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Attention to Detail: Review billing documents meticulously to ensure accuracy in all charges and compliance with company policies.
• Document Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all billing transactions, correspondence, and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Timeline Management: Coordinate billing schedules and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed within set timeframes.
• MIS & Dashboard Support: Assist in preparing billing summaries, MIS reports, and tracking key billing metrics using Excel and other reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient understanding of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
• Experience with billing software, financial systems, or MIS reporting is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data handling).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
