Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing & Estimation Trainer. The role involves designing and delivering training sessions on billing and estimation techniques, preparing course materials, and providing practical insights into civil engineering industry standards. Trainers will support learners in acquiring essential skills while continuously updating content to align with emerging industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Billing, Estimation, and related software tools
• Teaching, public speaking, and presentation skills to deliver effective training
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering standards and practical industry applications
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage timelines
• Prior experience in training or mentoring engineers is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications are advantageous
• Passion for teaching and contributing to professional development in the field
