Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing & Estimation Senior Engineer located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), overseeing project estimation, coordinating with civil engineering teams, conducting negotiations with stakeholders, and performing thorough research to support estimation and billing processes. The role plays a critical part in the successful execution of real estate projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation to ensure accurate cost assessments
- Strong background in Civil Engineering to provide technical support and insights
- Effective Negotiation skills to manage project costs and contractor/vendor agreements
- Research aptitude for acquiring essential data to inform estimation and billing tasks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or construction-related projects is an advantage
