Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with strong technical and commercial understanding of interior fit-outs, MEP works, and project execution. The ideal candidate should be able to handle billing, measurement, inventory valuation, and project progress tracking with accuracy and ownership.

1. Prepare and verify client bills, vendor bills, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports.
2. Maintain accurate measurement sheets for Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and other MEP works.
3. Coordinate with Site Engineers for daily measurements, BOQ validation, and work certification.
4. Track inventory consumption, material reconciliation, and update project-level stock reports.
5. Prepare and monitor project progress vs. billing reports, including RA bills and milestone-based billing.
6. Validate vendor invoices against actual work executed, BOQ, PO rates, and site records.
7. Support the project team in budgeting, cost control, and deviation analysis.
8. Maintain documentation for audit, QC, and billing verification.
9. Coordinate with design, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth billing closure.

Qualifications

1. 2–5 years experience as a Billing Engineer in commercial interiors / fit-out / EPC / MEP projects.
2. Strong understanding of site execution for interior civil works, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
3. Hands-on experience in measurement processes (AutoCAD, Excel, measurement sheets).
4. Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, WIP valuation, and project cost tracking.
5. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with site teams.
6. Familiarity with RA billing, BOQ formats, and basic contract terms.
7. Good communication and documentation skills.
