Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer (QS) who can effectively manage quantity surveying, billing processes, and cost management for ongoing commercial building projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client and contractor billing independently and should be able to start contributing immediately with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Prepare RA bills, client bills, and contractor bills as per project progress.

·      Carry out quantity surveying and measurement verification based on commercial building drawingsand site work.

·      Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for project activities.

·      Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and clients for billing approvals and documentation.

·      Maintain records of material reconciliation, work progress, and billing status.

·      Verify contractor invoices and ensure compliance with project terms and conditions.

·      Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure effective cost control.

·      Assist in preparation of final bills and project closing documentation.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

·      Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying, bill preparation, and cost management.

·      Ability to handle client and contractor billing independently.

·      Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with QS activities and billing processes.

·      Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and measurement sheets.

·      Strong coordination and communication skills.
