The Project
Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.
Responsible for supporting (area/team), using basic/establsihed technical capabilities.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Apply value management techniques and support estimating, cost planning, and procurement activities.
- Assist in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses in line with project requirements.
- Measure and value work carried out, managing variations and supporting cost control and reporting.
- Contribute to claim evaluations, design change assessments, and final completion processes.
- Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues while building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Support operational delivery of regional strategies, aligning with Mace's standards and business objectives.
You'll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
