Job Title: Billing Engineer (Civil & Interiors)

Reports To: Billing Manager  

About the Role:We are hiring a detail-oriented Billing Engineer with experience in Civil & Interior fit-out projects. You will handle vendor billing, certification, and cost monitoring to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:  

Verify and process contractor/vendor bills for civil and interior works  

Cross-check quantities with site measurements and drawings  

Prepare and certify bills within deadlines  

Monitor project costs versus budgets and track variation orders  

Maintain proper documentation and reporting  

Coordinate with project teams and vendors for smooth billing

Qualifications & Experience:  

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)  

2-6 years of experience in billing for Civil & Interior projects  

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and billing software  

Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and reading drawings
