Billing Engineer - C&I

Job description- Billing C&I

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Billing - C&I. As our Engineer Billing, you will be

responsible for post contract validation and inspection of both vendors & Client bills. You will be

responsible for validating the quantity measurements and closing of all extra items with rate

analysis, along with the financial closure of the projects.

Responsibilities-

On site

You will be responsible for visiting the site post completion and check the vendor bills in

detail

You will be responsible for validating the vendor bill as per the pre-decided rates

You will be responsible for generating bill for the client post validation

You will be responsible to highlight quality issues found at site and correspondingly

penalise the vendor

Off-site

You will be responsible for certifying the vendor invoices and forwarding the same to

Finance Team for processing

Coordinate with internal teams and take approval from Business head before closing

vendor values

Obtaining no dues certifications and commercially closing the project

Here's What You'll Need:

You are a billing professional with minimum 5 Years of experience in building

construction industry

You have relevant experience of working in interior fit-out projects

You have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

You have in-depth knowledge of working on excel and Auto CAD

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on

quality and customer satisfaction

You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal

supervision
