Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Billing Engineer. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing billing documentation, evaluating supplier proposals, analyzing project data for accuracy, coordinating with procurement teams, and managing requests for quotations (RFQ). The role also encompasses ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
• Experience with Purchase Orders and related administrative tasks
• Strong Analytical Skills for accurate billing and project data analysis
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination
• High level of attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Experience in the Solar Power, & Transmission tower erection or EPC business is necessary
