Billing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer for our construction company in Ludhiana. The candidate should have 10–15years of relevant experience in construction billing, work order rate management, monthly measurement billing, and contractor billing.

· Handle and manage work orders, including rate analysis, rate verification, and rate approvals.

· Prepare and process monthly measurement bills for ongoing construction projects.

· Verify site measurements and quantities in coordination with site engineers and project teams.

· Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills as required.

· Ensure billing quantities and rates comply with approved BOQs, work orders, and contractual terms.

· Maintain measurement books (MB), billing records, and supporting documentation.

· Coordinate with site teams, contractors, project managers, and accounts teams for timely bill processing.

· Track bill submissions, certifications, deductions, and payment status.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies in measurements, rates, and billing documentation.

· Prepare monthly billing statements and reports.

· Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

· 5–6 years of relevant experience in a construction or infrastructure company.

· Strong knowledge of work orders, BOQ, rate analysis, and monthly measurement billing.

· Experience in contractor billing, RA bills, and quantity verification.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related documentation.

· Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.

· Candidates currently working with construction or infrastructure companies.

· Candidates with hands-on experience in monthly measurement billing and work order rate management.

· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
