• Process Medical Record Requests Handle patient record requests from patients, providers, insurers, and legal entities while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA Compliance Follow privacy laws to protect patient information and prevent unauthorized disclosures.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders – Work with healthcare providers and requestors to facilitate smooth information release.
• Manage Data & Documentation – Use EPIC to retrieve, review, and securely release medical records.
• Maintain Quality & Accuracy – Verify records, track disclosures, and participate in audits for compliance.
