Job Description

Billing and Order Management Specialist

The Billing/Order Management Specialist will play a great role in overseeing and assisting with smooth end-to-end order management and billing processes. This position involves having a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and accurate client billing. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Order Processing:

  • Review, validate and process all order and sales contract information for completeness with high focus on accuracy.
  • Provide support and assist in the resolution & clarification of order information and invoicing.
  • Support period close activities by reviewing booking and sales reports to reconcile any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams for contract review, order generation and potential billing issues

Billing:

  • Assist with billing operations, including creating invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies & procedures
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable on billing discrepancies
  • Answer inquiries from customers by email

Skills required:

  • NetSuite billing experience required, 2+ years
  • Basic knowledge of US accounting standards for revenue
  • Clear and grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Familiarity with the overall quote to cash process
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • B2B SaaS/software industry experience, is a strong plus
