MOLEX is seeking a contribution-minded Billing Analyst to join our global billing Team. This position will engage, challenge, and provide fulfilment to a candidate with initiative and a sense of urgency. responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, supporting revenue operations, and maintaining strong coordination between finance, sales, and customers. This role focuses on invoice generation, issue resolution, and process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and cash flow.

What You Will Do
- Ensure timely and accurate billing cycles, supporting revenue recognition and cash flow objectives
- Apply strong accounting knowledge and financial acumen to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective decision-making in billing operations
- Proactively manage and partner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) and customers to address billing queries.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of billing queries, delivering complete information aligned with business and customer expectations.
- Continuously seek opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting OR a High School diploma/GED
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/v-lookup/what-if logic)
- Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- One or more years of relevant experience (i.e. AR, AP functional roles)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization software/tools
- Proficient with SAP
- Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience
- Language skills in addition to English
