Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Billing & Estimate Engineer is located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The role involves preparing and verifying Bills of Quantity (BOQs) and cost estimates, analyzing project rates, managing billing systems, and overseeing quantity surveying tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate calculations, conducting detailed rate analysis for project costs, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver precise and timely estimates and invoices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying to ensure detailed planning and accurate project estimations
- Strong Analytical Skills necessary for project analysis, solving complex problems, and optimizing processes
- Experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis to manage financial documentation and evaluate costing
- Working knowledge of construction project workflows, including billing and estimation best practices
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented capabilities to collaborate with teams and ensure project efficiency
- Experience in the construction or building systems industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
