Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
• Create and execute end-to-end automation test scenarios for functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and Japanese stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide testing insights through effective bilingual (Japanese-English) communication.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and following best practices.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in automation testing with strong expertise in Java and Selenium.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (B2 / C1 level preferred) with ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• JLPT Certification: N3 / N2 / N1 preferred; N4 acceptable if technically strong.
• Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, with understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in a bilingual environment (Japanese & English).
