About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual software developer with strong Japanese language proficiency and solid technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend development, cloud platforms, and modern application architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Python, SQL, and Oracle.
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) for deployment and support.
- Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with Japanese clients and stakeholders, leveraging bilingual communication skills.
- Contribute to system enhancements, testing, and support in agile environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N4 or above).
- 47 years of software development experience (Java, Python, SQL, Oracle).
- Cloud expertise (Azure / AWS).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Work experience in Japan (13 years).
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Exposure to GenAI implementation.
- .NET / C# experience.
