The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Design. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering impactful features—from idea to launch.

You are an organizer, problem-solver, and collaborator who removes blockers, aligns teams, and ensures delivery excellence. You are also curious about the future of work and excited to leverage AI-driven tools to optimize development processes.

Key Responsibilities

1) Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the central bridge between Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across the product lifecycle

2) Delivery & Prioritization

• Own project timelines by balancing scope, quality, and speed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize effectively, especially under resource constraints

3) Proactive Problem Solving

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across development workflows
• Actively unblock teams—whether related to dependencies, testing delays, or unclear requirements

4) Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the single point of contact for project updates
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to leadership and stakeholders

5) AI-Driven Optimization (AIDLC)

• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development practices
• Explore tools for automating reporting, improving sprint insights, and boosting team productivity

What We're Looking For

1) Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of project management experience in a software or technology environment
• Proven experience managing B2C web or mobile application projects
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms

2) Communication & Collaboration

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3/N4 or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams

3) Ownership & Execution

• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and delivery metrics
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions under pressure

4) Mindset

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a get-it-done attitude
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate trade-offs effectively
• Curiosity and openness to adopting emerging AI tools and practices
