About the Role
We are hiringa Bilingual Japanese Project Manager / Coordinator (N1/N2/N3)
- Location: Pune
- Work Model: Hybrid

Role: Bilingual PM/PMO
- Relevant years of experience: 5 to 7 years
- Number of positions: 2
- Bilingual Level: N1/N2
- Ability to read/write and speak
- Proven experience of working with senior Japanese stakeholders
- Project Management skills – PMP/PRINCE 2 certified
- Participation in the meetings with the project team for Requirement Analysis and act as a bridge to ensure smooth communication.

- Good understanding of Quality practices. Must be able to quickly adapt to the processes and expectations.
- Overall understanding of governance practices used in Japan projects

- Prior experience of working in Japan will be a BIG plus.
- Domain expertise in Finance/Manufacturing/Supply chain will be a plus.
Role: Bilingual Coordinator
- Relevant years of experience: 5 to 7 years
- Number of positions: 2
- Expected Start Date: April 15, 2026
- Bilingual Level: N1/N2 (N3 with good bilingual skills can be considered as well)
- Ability to read/write and speak
- Proven experience of working with senior Japanese stakeholders in pre-sales
- Understanding of deal life cycle and other pre-sales activities will be a plus

- Work as a bridge with senior stakeholders from India and Japan to understand and document the requirements.
- Review of translation material (Jp-Eng-Jp)
- Good interpretation skills and understanding of the high level context.
