JD:

1. Advanced Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:

· Perform deep-dive analysis for critical BigFix issues.

· Troubleshoot large-scale deployment failures and infrastructure issues.

2. Infrastructure Management & Optimization:

· Manage and optimize BigFix infrastructure components (Relays, Master Servers, Web Reports).

· Monitor and fine-tune server performance and scalability.

3. Custom Fixlet & Script Development:

· Create custom Fixlets, Tasks, and Baselines for advanced automation.

· Develop relevance and action scripts for complex requirements.

4. OS Deployment & Upgrade Management:

· Design and implement OS deployment strategies using BigFix OSD.

· Create customized WinPE images, driver management, and task sequences.

· Perform automated Windows 10 to Windows 11 in-place upgrades.

· Troubleshoot OS deployment failures and optimize imaging processes.

5. Upgrade & Migration Support:

· Plan and execute BigFix version upgrades, including master server and relay updates.

· Perform migration tasks when moving to new hardware or infrastructure.

6. Integration & Automation:

· Integrate BigFix with other ITSM tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, and SIEM solutions.

· Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts.

7. Security & Compliance Enforcement:

· Implement advanced security policies using BigFix.

· Conduct audits and remediation for compliance violations.

8. Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning:

· Assess infrastructure capacity needs and optimize BigFix performance.

· Implement best practices for high availability and scalability.

9. Incident & Change Management:

· Act as an escalation point for critical BigFix issues.

· Participate in change management processes for production deployments.
