Job Description

Position: Bidding Manager (PPC & Performance Marketing)

Department / Team: Digital Marketing

Location: MIT ADT University, Vishwa Rajbaug, Loni Kalbhor, Pune.

Role Overview

Own the bidding strategy, budget allocation, and conversion optimization across Google and Meta ad platforms to drive qualified student admissions enquiries at the lowest viable cost-per-admission. This is a senior, full-time role accountable for ROI on the institution's entire paid-media admissions spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage bidding strategies (manual CPC, target CPA, target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Allocate and pace budgets across programs, campuses, and intake cycles based on enrollment targets.
  • Optimize the full admissions funnel — from ad click to enquiry form, to counsellor handoff, to enrolled student — improving cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-admission.
  • Build bidding models aligned to admission seasonality (peak intake vs. off-season).
  • Set up and govern conversion tracking, lead-quality feedback loops, and offline conversion imports (CRM-to-Ads) so bids optimize toward enrolled students, not just form-fills.
  • Conduct A/B tests on bidding, audiences, and landing pages; report on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and enrollment contribution.
  • Coordinate with admissions/counselling teams to align lead volume with counsellor capacity.
  • Mentor the strategist/execution team and present performance to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–8 years in PPC/performance marketing, with significant budget-management responsibility.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads + Meta Ads bidding and automated bid strategies.
  • Strong grasp of conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API) and offline-conversion imports.
  • Proven experience optimizing a multi-stage lead funnel — ideally admissions, EdTech, or high-consideration lead-gen (real estate, finance, healthcare).
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio); ability to tie spend to outcomes.
  • Understanding of the admissions journey, enquiry-to-enrollment cycle, and counsellor-led conversion.
  • Bachelor's/MBA in Marketing; Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
