CYK Hospitalities Pvt Ltd is a leading restaurant consulting firm specializing in concept development, operations setup, menu engineering, and brand building. Alongside, our verticals Logical Showsha (branding & design) and Designberry Studios (interior & architecture for F&B) deliver end-to-end solutions for hospitality businesses.
We are looking for a highly skilled bidding expert to acquire overseas clients via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant international projects across:
- Restaurant Consulting (Setup, SOPs, Menu Engineering, Operations)
- Interior & Architecture Design (F&B spaces)
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Craft high-conversion proposals tailored to client requirements
- Handle client engagement & follow-ups post bidding
- Conduct initial discovery discussions with potential clients
- Qualify leads before handing over to the core team
- Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate from bid meeting closure
- Quality of client interaction and requirement understanding
- Consistent pipeline of international projects
- Revenue contribution from acquired projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork/Freelancer or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of international client handling
- Experience in proposal writing, negotiation & discovery calls
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding of F&B industry / design / consulting services is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Has previously worked with agencies or consulting firms
- Understands service-based selling (not product-based)
- Can position premium services effectively
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
