Job Title: Government Contracts Analyst (Graphic Design Required)

About the Role:
KAAV Business Solutions LLP is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with US Government Contracts experience to support our federal projects. You'll translate complex government requirements into clear, compliant, and visually compelling materials while ensuring all deliverables meet agency standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce graphics, layouts, and visual assets for US federal/state government proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and contract deliverables
- Create infographics, data visualizations, capability statements, and presentation decks that align with government branding guidelines
- Support proposal strategy, compliance and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal graphics, formatting, and content development
- Maintain proposal and graphics repository and keeping track of bid opportunities and deadlines
- Help build past performance, capability statements, and positioning strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2–5 years experience in contracts or proposals
- Mandatory graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
