Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Manager at KVGGN SYNERGY PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Vadodara. The Bid Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the bid process, preparing and writing bids, and ensuring that all proposals are delivered on-time and meet the company's quality standards. Day-to-day tasks will also include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing bid content, and overseeing the development of proposal submissions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing
• Experience in Bid Management and Proposal Management
• Knowledge of Bid Processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the industry is a plus
