We are looking for Bid Manager for a leading Innovation Technology Company at Noida location.

Job Description:
Search and identify relevant tenders through portals such as GEM, CPP Portal, NHAI, IHMCL, State Government portals, etc.
Handle complete tendering process for TMS & ATMS projects.
Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, scope of work, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, finance, and technical teams for required documents and pricing.
Prepare EMD, BG, affidavits, declarations, agreements, and compliance documents.
Ensure timely submission of bids on online/ofline portals.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, approvals, and project status.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate for tender clarifications.
Follow up on bid results, LOI, work orders, and contract documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GEM, CPP Portal, NHAI, and government tendering procedures.
Experience in TMS, ETC, ATMS, VMS, CCTV, ANPR, Traffic Monitoring, and ITS projects.
Good understanding of technical documentation and commercial preparation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation handling.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Any Graduate.
Technical background will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in tendering for TMS / ATMS / ITS projects.
