Every city bus contract we win starts with a tender. And behind every tender is a system.
We're looking for someone who can own that entire machine end-to-end:
pipeline tracking → bid strategy → underwriting → submissions → post-award documentation.
What you'll do
- Build and manage the tender pipeline across cities and states
- Lead end-to-end bid execution - from opportunity evaluation to final submission
- Deep-dive into RFPs, concession agreements, and contract structures to assess risks and upside
- Work closely with internal teams (BD, finance, ops, legal) to shape competitive bids
- Manage post-award documentation and compliance
- Drive public affairs interactions with STUs, ULBs, and state authorities
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years of experience in tendering / bid management (public transport, infra, EV, or adjacent sectors)
- You've independently led and won bids, not just supported
- Strong understanding of contract structures like GCC, NCC, PPP, DBFOT
- Experience working with STUs, ULBs, or state transport departments - and knowing how the ecosystem actually moves
