Your Role

As a Bid Manager, you will lead end-to-end bid and proposal management for proactive and reactive (RFx) opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery to create compelling proposals and client presentations that enhance win probability.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle including planning, coordination, and execution of RFIs/RFPs
  • Drive bid qualification processes including Bid/No-Bid decisions and pre-qualification documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Delivery, and Account teams to develop winning proposals and solution narratives
  • Integrate responses across teams ensuring consistency, quality, and timely submission
  • Support commercial and contractual components by working closely with deal analysts and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplates, rate cards, and reusable content repositories
  • Create impactful client presentations and sales pitches to support business growth
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders including sector bid managers and onsite teams for pursuit management
  • Facilitate bid governance including status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder updates
  • Moderate proposal discussions and alignment meetings across cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research and develop competitive intelligence insights
  • Support development of sales collateral such as case studies, capability decks, and practice materials

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in bid management and proposal development within a Tier-1 or Tier-2 IT services organization
  • Strong understanding of RFx processes, solution selling, and commercial constructs
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience collaborating with technical SMEs across domains and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to create high-quality, client-ready deliverables
  • Knowledge of proposal management tools, templates, and content governance practices
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Good to have:

  • Exposure to technologies such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, Commerce (B2B/B2C), Front-end/UI, Mobile Apps, Pega, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore
  • Understanding of Microsoft or Java-based technology ecosystems
